I’m Kent Roberts, a licensed California real estate broker and the founder of DMT Realty Broker. My background in real estate, business ownership, and financial analysis has shaped the way I approach pricing, market strategy, and decision-making. I bring that same disciplined mindset to helping homeowners sell with clarity and confidence.
Over time, I became more focused on serving individual homeowners and building a brokerage centered on trust, transparency, and practical guidance. I am not looking to build the biggest brokerage. My goal is to build a reputable company that homeowners across San Diego County can trust and count on when it is time to sell.
I founded DMT Realty Broker as an alternative to the traditional percentage-based listing model. Our flat-fee MLS listing services are designed for homeowners who want clear pricing, broad market exposure, and meaningful broker support throughout the selling process.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Florida, and that foundation continues to shape how I think about property value, market conditions, and seller strategy. Combined with my business experience, it supports a thoughtful, data-driven approach to helping clients navigate the listing process.

My background includes real estate valuation, multifamily investment analysis, pricing strategy, and market research. That experience required a disciplined approach to understanding how properties are evaluated, how markets shift, and how value is identified and measured.
Although residential home sales and multifamily investment are different, many of the same core principles still apply. In both cases, success depends on understanding value, pricing strategically, reading market conditions, and making informed decisions. I apply that same analytical foundation to helping homeowners approach the sale of their property with clarity, confidence, and a well-informed strategy.
